Updates.
The FA team coordinating has been working through a tremendously stringent process for credibility scores, this is for actual ratings to initiate added further listings for Asia, as you know this has been active with our project team since 2021.
Despite our efforts to list XGP further on Korean exchanges, the timing for the KRW exchange listing has been delayed this is due to recent special laws taking place in Korea. We regret this and understand that the difficulties faced by our xgp family are not unique and are affecting all other companies that are planning to actually list.
FYI, Our company is still moving forward and doing the best we can. We are also preparing for the KRW listing with the help of our Korean branch manager, Mr. Jeon.

Additional vision M&A. We are still searching for the right-sized companies to acquire that will add to the team and growth. Since the last year, we have quashed any interest from VC funds and will continue to build organic growth.
